'Member' means an individual that has registered as such on the Site and has had a Member Account set up on the Site and 'membership' shall be interpreted accordingly.

Application and acceptance
These Terms are important and apply where you become a member of our website. Please read these Terms carefully before registering or agreeing to be registered on the Site as a Member. By clicking 'accept' to register, You will be deemed to have consented to these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or update these Terms from time to time, subject to Your termination right as set out below. We may notify you by email of changes but it is Your responsibility to check these Terms regularly for any changes. We will post the last date of any change to these Terms at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms. If You do not agree to abide by these Terms or any future terms then You must discontinue using the Site.
Eligibility

Your eligibility to Membership via your place of work is only valid as long as your organisation’s Membership is valid and as long as you are an employee at such organisation, whilst Membership is in place. As a member of staff at a subscribing organisation you do not need to pay for your individual access to our content, this payment is provided by your employer.

You do not have access to Membership beyond the contract agreement of your organisation.
Your promises to us

All information and details provided by You to Us (including on registration as a Member) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times. You may request us to update your information exercising Your rights as set out in Our Privacy Policy
Your Account
When You register as a Member, You will select a password and Member name that You can use to access Your profile and to log on to the Members' area of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password and Member name and are responsible for all activities that occur under them. We do not have the means to check the identity of people using the Members' area of the Site and will not be liable where Your password or Member name are used by someone else. You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorised use of Your password or Member name or any other breach of security of which You become aware. You agree to be fully responsible for all use of Your account and for any actions that take place using Your account and to maintain and promptly update any information You provide to Us when You register, to keep it accurate, current and complete.
The Consent Collective content
All content made available on the Site, including but not limited to video, text, information, applications, software, music, sound, graphics, pictures, and other files, and their selection and arrangement, are Our property or are licensed to Us with all rights reserved. Such content may not be modified, copied, framed, reproduced, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without Our prior written consent.
Membership entitles the user to access our content for personal use and for internal training/education purposes within your organisation only. Users may not use their account to play the content to groups, at training events, conferences, or classes that are outside of your workplace. Any use of Our content other than as specifically authorised in these terms, without Our prior written consent, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted here. Such unauthorised use may also violate applicable laws including without limitation copyright and trademark laws. This license is revocable at Our sole discretion, at any time and without notice.

Without limiting any of the foregoing, you also agree to abide by Our House rules that provide further information regarding the authorised conduct of Members while on the Site and which form part of these Terms.
You acknowledge that We may be required by law or regulation to access, monitor, store or copy material sent by or to Members without further notice to You.
Privacy
Your privacy and that of all our Members is very important to us. Please read Our Privacy Policy for important information regarding the collection, use, disclosure and retention of Your Personal Information and Your rights in relation to this. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into, and accordingly is part of, Our Terms.
Termination
Your Membership term is as per the term agreed with your organisation and is renewable. If you wish your membership account to be terminated and passed on to another colleague you may notify us at hello@consentcollective.com.
We may terminate Your Membership, delete Your account or prohibit You from using or accessing the Site for any reason, or no reason, at any time in Our sole discretion, with or without notice, including without limitation that we believe you are sharing our content in a way that breaches this agreement.
Our legal obligations and limits on liability
While We have taken every care in compiling the Site, You acknowledge that the information contained on the Site does not constitute medical or professional advice. The Site is provided for information purposes only and all content on the Site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Do not use the information on the Site to diagnose or treat any medical condition. You should never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something that You have read on the Site.
